In 2005, I founded the 'Cusine and Wine' Association, became a 'Disciple of Escoffier' , and was a Board Member of AHRIM presiding over the Restaurant Commission. In 2008, I was awarded the 'Toque Blanche' status in Cannes. In 2011, I was promoted to the rank of 'Commandeur de la Commanderie des Cordons Bleus de France'. I have been a Worldchefs Judge since 2008 and have participated as a judge in more than 60 competitions worldwide. I am also a SKMER Ambassador of Croatia and a World Chefs Without Borders Ambassador since 2013. An honorary member in the culinary field in many countries, I am also known as the "singing chef" among my peers. In 2018 I published my first book '50 Chefs fêtent les 50 ans de Maurice' and in 2020 I publised a second one 'Flavours of the World' which highlights culinary specialities of 80 world-renowned chefs.

My mission is to impart my knowledge to the young generation of chefs and also give them the proper feedback during competitions so as to improve their skills.
