Tran le Thanh Thien is dedicated and devoted in Vietnamese and international cuisine. He is the vice president of the World Association of Master Chefs Vietnam. As a culinary lecturer he has taught at many major universities in Vietnam and has been a mentor for several restaurant projects. Moreover, he is a taste expert for food companies around the world as for U.S. Meat Export Federation.
He creates many competitions for young chefs in Viet Nam.
As he notes ”I wish to promote the spices, flavors and culture of Vietnamese cuisine and inspire young chefs to follow the culinary arts…”
