BRAD BENNETT  | Renowned Chef & Culinary educator, Representative for Australia is announced for second consecutive year as an official AMBASSADOR OF TASTE FOR THE GLOBAL GASTRONOMY® GOLD MEDALLIST 

Brad Bennett is a dynamic and passionate Restaurateur, Entrepreneur Brad is currently the Founder and CEO of Le Culinaire Hospitality Institute, Le’ Culinaire has been his dream and vision for the last 4 years. Like many he began his career at the age of 16 as a kitchen hand / dishwasher then progressed into the kitchen as a trainee cook with the Myer emporium in Adelaide South Australia. Brad Has been actively engaged in the Hospitality Industry over the last 40 years having owned and operated Various Restaurants in Melbourne, before moving to London, Monaco then spent several years in China lecturing at the Chengdu University of Technology in hotel management and Western cookery he later implemented Hotel training programs for Kitchen staff and Front of house for the 2008 Olympic Games for the Sunbo academy in Shenyang.

Brad now draws from his own unique experiences in the industry to guide his team at the Institute. After years of being actively involved in hospitality within Australia and Overseas owning and operating a number of restaurants in Australia, UK, and China along with fulfilling Various Management roles in hotels. It’s now time to pass on the knowledge he has obtained along the way. As the world changes so has our desire to expand our horizons and seek new beginnings. And with this brings change it is through innovation that we create change and change requires something different and that’s why at Le’Culinaire Brad ignites the passion that students have inside creating a global generation of culinary masters. Brad provides training that is innovative culturally diverse and that transcend boarders. “We don’t train you to be average we inspire you to be awesome” In 2020 Brad received the highly acclaimed Tourism Training Australia LEGENDS Award along with The Tourism Training Australia CHAIRMANS TRAINING EXCELLENCE AWARD
