—To act constantly in favor of the preservation of domestic biodiversity and the education of all local communities upon its critical role in our daily lives

—To display harmonious amalgamation of each culinary tradition with modern international influences, clearly identifying its quality characteristics as well as its particularities in the light of each era with an emphasis on the dining areas of hotel complexes

—To lay emphasis on close cooperation with local governments and state agencies for the proliferation and promotion of each regional culinary and tourist product
