The Ambassador of Global Taste™ Certified Product is an international certification mark of excellence in taste and gastronomy granted by the Assessment Committee of Ambassadors of Taste for the Global Gastronomy® and Authentic World Taste® (AWT). The certification recognizes products that distinguish themselves through their outstanding taste, authenticity, sensory qualities, and overall gastronomic character.

 

Assessment focuses on flavor, aroma, texture, appearance, and balance, together with product presentation, culinary identity, and distinctive attributes, in accordance with the applicable certification criteria. This certification constitutes a prestigious, official international distinction for its holder, formally recognizing the certified product as a true ambassador of taste to the world. It affirms the product’s exceptional gastronomic qualities and distinctive identity, reflecting its producer’s expertise, dedication, and commitment to excellence while strengthening its international visibility.

Products that meet the Assessment Committee’s criteria are granted the Ambassador of Global Taste™ Certified Product distinction and authorization to bear the certification mark for the designated year.​
