FUMIKO KONO | World Renowned Chef, Food producer, Journalist & Cooking consultant, Representative for Japan, USA & France | is announced as an official AMBASSADOR OF TASTE FOR THE GLOBAL GASTRONOMY® GOLD MEDALLIST 2022
FUMIKO KONO is a world- renowned traveling chef, a food journalist and a culinary consultant. Her work has focused on French gastronomy, but she is also engaged in the research on food loss and ethical consumption. She is in charge of In-flight meals of First class and Business class of Japan Airlines. Her bases of activities are Tokyo and New York and she hopes to contribute to food sustainability on a global scale.
