Karim Bourgi is known for his modern luxury patisserie, blending French classics with his Lebanese heritage, and has won numerous awards. Based in Dubai since 2011, Chef Karim Bourgi stands at the forefront of modern pastry artistry as Executive Pastry Chef for the Al Mana Group, where he has overseen the prestigious openings of La Maison du Chocolat Paris boutiques across the Middle East. Most recently, he unveiled the exquisite Hermès Paris Café in the dazzling new Fashion Avenue at Dubai Mall, further cementing his reputation as a visionary in luxury gastronomy.

Chef Bourgi is also the founder of KB Gourmandises, a boutique consultancy dedicated to advancing dessert experiences through innovation and craftsmanship. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a world-leading consultancy recognized for its bespoke pastry solutions, strategic collaborations with premium brands, and customized training programs designed to cultivate excellence within the culinary industry.
