Ruan Potgieter:

South African executive chef with nearly two decades of experience across 5-star hotels, world-class restaurants, and luxury golf clubs, he has collaborated with renowned culinary icons such as Gordon Ramsay and Akira Back. Chef Ruan has played a key role in launching flagship properties for Caesars Palace and Accor, and most recently contributed to the successful opening of the Paramount Hotel in Business Bay. He now brings his expertise to the Arabian Ranches Golf Club in Dubai as an executive chef.
